About Roger Groening

Born in southern Manitoba, Roger Groening is the author of one previous book of humorous short stories, Knuckleball (2017). He is also the author of many unpublished short stories, which have been read to the delight of his family and friends around the twinkling lights on Christmas Eve, for too many years to count. Roger is a tall grass prairie restoration novice, an active bi-weekly Beer Club participant, a lover of very large history books and classic mystery novels, an armchair philosopher, and friend and vocational counsellor to his three adult children. He makes me laugh every day (or almost every day). Written by Ruth, Roger’s live in partner of forty-two years. Roger Groening lives in Winnipeg.
